| Hi, Due to a heavy volume of email received on a daily basis, we may respond to your questions based on priorities in this order: 1. Customer problems 2. Brief general questions 3. Long winded or detailed questions Additionally our spam blockers may be working too diligently and may automatically delete your email which will go unnoticed. For these reasons, if you do not receive a response to your question within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to call us toll free during the hours listed below. If your concern is urgent or regards a recent order, we suggest you call us directly at 800-268-1813 during the hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday thru Wednesday and Friday, eastern standard time. (Thursdays we are more than likely going to be working in our greenhouses since this is a non shipping day) We can also be reached on Saturdays from noon until 5pm and sometimes during the evenings from 8-10 pm (with mixed results).
